Here is your Friday Five important things to know for the week of February 11, 2019.

This week was Kindness Week. Congratulations to our 110 students who turned in their Kindness Challenge Checklist to Ms. Learn. Please ask your students about some of the kindness activities and challenges they completed. We had a pretty awesome week!

Please save the date for Mason’s 2nd annual FREE Art Show and Ice Cream Social on Thursday February 28, 2019. Please join us from 3-5pm to view student art work, bid on your favorites to take home, say cheese in the photo booth and have an ice cream sundae. Each guest will be given a free raffle ticket to win prizes just for attending.

Our February attendance competition began February 1st and goes for the entire month. Students who have perfect attendance for the month of February with no absences or tardies will be invited to an exclusive pizza party. February only has 18 school days. Please try to reach the goal of perfect attendance by being at school on time for all 18 days!

Yearbook order forms were sent home last week. Orders are due by February 22, 2019.

Looking ahead, please mark your calendars for the following dates: March 14- Title I Math Night, March 28- Report Card pick-up, April 4- Poetry Picnic
