Mason CLC Friday Five

Important things you need to know...

For the week of 10/1/2018

Hello Families of Mason CLC, this is Mrs. Kochis, Dean of Students.

Here is your Friday Five important things to know for the week of October 1, 2018.

  1. October is National Bully prevention Awareness Month. Please help Mason kickoff the month with support by wearing blue to school on Monday October 1, 2018.

  2. There is no school for students on Friday October 5, 2018.

  3. Picture Day is Wednesday October 12, 2018. Students do not have to wear uniforms. Clothes must have appropriate pictures, wording and logos. Students are not permitted to wear pants with holes or tears in them.

  4. Tuesday October 11, 2018 Mason will be having a Mother’s Walk in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness. Mothers or mother figures bring your child to school on this day. You will be able to walk your child to breakfast and chat with them while they eat. Once students go to class please join us for a light breakfast and informational session on Breast Cancer Health and Awareness.

  5. Attention all 3rd grade parents. We are holding an important meeting on October 17, 2018 at 8:30am regarding Ohio’s policy on 3rd grade students being promoted to 4th grade. It is important that you attend to understand the policy and how important your students 3rd grade year of school is.

Thank you and enjoy your weekend!
