Important things you need to know...

Hello Families of Mason CLC, this is Mrs. Kochis, Dean of Students.
Here is your Friday Five important things to know for the week of May 20, 2019.

Students are required to wear uniforms each day. Board policy states each child in grades KG-8th are to wear uniforms. Your child may miss out on special privileges due to not complying with board and school policies. The only day students are permitted to come to school out of uniform is on Field Day, which is on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. Field day requires children to wear tennis shoes and proper shirt and bottoms. Students wearing sandals will not be permitted to participate in field day. Please make sure shorts or pants are worn under skirts.

Field Day permission slips were sent home with your student. Please sign and return them by May 23rd. Any turned in beyond the 23rd cannot be guaranteed to receive a wristband to play on the inflatable.

Students with perfect attendance for the month of May will have their name entered into a drawing for a new bike, up to $100 value. In order to be eligible, students must not have missed any days, or had any days tardy, or early sign outs. Perfect attendance must be a full day of school every day of May.

We have important information regarding chromebooks over the summer. Students in grades 3-6 may take their chromebooks home over the summer. If you wish to opt out please contact the office. Also, forms were also sent home for grades KG -2nd. Chromebooks will be coming home over the summer for only those students whose parent attends informational meetings held next week: Monday May 20th at 8:00am or 4:00pm OR Friday May 24th 8:00am or 8:30am.

Fundraiser candles were sent home today. Popcorn orders will arrive on Tuesday.
